It’s all about people and playing to our strengths
It’s all about people: matching the aspirations and skills of unique individuals with the opportunities to make a difference to our client organisations – we exist to help our clients shift their culture and outpace their competitors. At the heart of Agility in Mind is the belief that we are most effective and rewarded when we collaborate in teams, which are made up of people with their special skills, strengths and, of course weaknesses. There’s never a defined hole which we need someone to fit, but we are always on the lookout for people who want to excel and shape opportunities to fit their unique profile.
We have a few of the opportunities set out below but, if it’s not obvious you fit one of them and you like the look of what we do and want to explore how we can shape things together, then get in touch.
However, if one of these could be you, then let us know by emailing us the following:
- In 300 words, what attracts you to join the team and what do you have to offer?
- A link to your professional profile, on LinkedIn or similar.
It does take a bit of time and investment to get to know each other, so we’ll have a few steps to go through. But, as you’d expect, we’ll keep it as lean as possible and not ask for too much at each stage.
Recruitment agencies: we respect the fact that you have your role and bring value when needed. For these vacancies, unless we’ve already spoken with you, please don’t contact us, as it will only preclude you from working with us in the future. Thanks.
We’re looking for people who can help to fill the current opportunities:
Someone who has learned how to establish quick rapport and build long-lasting client relationships, so that we deliver great value and we achieve appropriate commercial benefit. You may have a few years of commercial experience or built a whole career on client success and you do get excited about helping the team to grow its presence in a competitive market.
Agile Coach and Trainer
With your knowledge and experience of helping teams and organisations change the way they work, you’ll have a belief that agile methods are a good way of achieving success. We would be interested to find out about how you work with people, coach and lead and not shy away from doing things differently. It doesn’t matter if you don’t call yourself an agile coach at the moment – you could be a Scrum Master or Consultant or you could be a senior person in a delivery organisation. We’re interested to find out what excites you about opportunities in our team.
We’ve developed some products which help us to bring greater value to our clients, so the main opportunity is to help us develop these further. With C# .Net and Angular.js used in the main product, Menrva.Training, we’ll probably need some of these skills in particular, but you might also be a very quick learner given an exciting opportunity. We also have a couple of iPhone/iPad apps and there’s also plenty to do on the website built on WordPress. Add to this the desire to bring more to our training courses with Ruby and Cucumber and to develop new material with Raspberry Pi, there’s plenty to keep someone interested and engaged.
